Cancellation Conditions

1. If a booking is cancelled less than 2 days before arrival date then a charge equal to the first night of the stay will be made.

2. In the event of a no show or booking reduction (after arrival date) the full cost of the booking will be charged.

3. We have a different cancellation policy for group reservation: Any modification or cancellation can be made 30 days before arrival date, less than 30 days, the full cost will be charged.

No Smoking policy

In the case of a violation, a $200 fee will be charged to cover the cost of cleaning the room.

Check-in Time: 3:00 pm - 12:00 am

Check-out Time: until 11:00 am

For late check-out, an additional fee of $20 plus taxes per hour will be charged.
